We warmly welcome anyone interested in becoming a thatching craftsman.

What matters most is your passion and commitment. No other qualifications are required. (Since this is physically demanding work, we generally recommend applicants to be 35 years old or younger.)

We handle thatched roof construction not only in Miyama but throughout Japan and internationally.

We provide guidance throughout the year to help you develop your skills as a thatching craftsman. (We also welcome those who wish to become independent.)
